Click on the button below or select Our Plan under the Self-Directed tab to get started. You will see that each section of the FastTrack™ Strategic Planning System has detailed instructions and guidance to help you create and execute a winning strategic plan.
Important!
Be sure to save your plan before exiting, if not more often. Each save creates a time-stamped copy of your plan (in a Json file, which is a specialized text file) that is saved locally on your computer (e.g., in your Downloads folder).
A best practice is to copy your plan files into a separate folder (e.g. Strategic Plan) and to make sure that folder is properly backed up. (For security reasons, we don’t save or have access to your plan. It is all yours.)
When you return to continue planning, just use the reload saved plan button to get back into your plan and resume planning or implementation tracking.
You can also export your plan in PDF, csv, and text formats and can print copies of your plan.
When you and your team, with the help of your strategy consultant, finish creating your strategic plan, you will have also developed an implementation plan and will have an implementation dashboard to track plan implementation progress. You can print and export both of these valuable implementation tools.
